History

Hillside Elementary School opened its doors on August 30, 1994. This upper elementary facility was created as a result of the reorganization of the elementary schools during the spring and summer of 1994.

Hillside Elementary School houses grades 4, 5, and 6. We have five classes of each grade level and two resource rooms to accommodate 350 students. In January, David Gebhardt, Consultant for School Approval, designated Hillside School  "approved designation" for the 1995 - 1996 school year.

This approval designation will expire in 1999
