Mrs.Paine 1.    How many cooks are there in the kitchen?

           5

2.    What time do you need to be in to work every day?

          7:15

3.  Why do we have raviolis after every long weekend and vacation?

No one is here the Friday before to take food out of the freezer. So we make ravioli because prep is easier.

4. How long does it take you to do the rolls every day?

The dough is always prepared the day before. The next day we roll, rise, and bake them. It usually takes 2-3 hours.

5.  What do you usually cook?

Mrs. Lapointe and I take turns rotating between main meal and pastry preparation.  We rotate on a weekly basis

6.    What is your favorite thing to cook at school?

            Beef Stew

7.  Do you cook anything at home the same as you cook it at school?

Yes, my son (AP)  really likes the school's beef stew, so now I make it like the school's.  Also, now I roll my rolls at home the same way.

8.  How long does it take to prepare the food to feed us?

For most meals, it takes from the time we get in at 7:15 until lunch is served at 11:15.  Some meals take days to prepare.  One good example is our Thanksgiving dinner.  That takes all week to prepare.

9. What is your favorite ice cream?

Moose tracks.

10. What is your favorite thing to eat?

I pretty much like everything, but if I had to pick I would say any and all vegetables.
