Now the class of “07” is almost through their 7^th Grade year, and it has been so much easier on us! The only disadvantage is that we didn’t go on any cool field trips like last year. Last year we went many places, and did many things. The first was Immigration Night. During this, we spent weeks learning about immigration. Then, dressed and immigrated like our own ancestors!     We also had medieval Night. That was so fun!!! Some of us got to be royalty, and some were peasants. At the end of the year we went to Montreal, Canada. There, we went to the Biodome, and next, to the famous Olympic Stadium. At the Olympic stadium we got to ride in the Funiculare! On the bus ride home we played Truth or Dare! I won’t tell you the details to that. That night when we arrived back to school, sometime around 9 PM, I left remembering that the next day was the last day of sixth grade for all of us.   

This year it really hasn’t been busy at all. It would have been nice if we could have gone on at least one field trip! But I’m glad being a second year student here means there’s much less homework. Let’s face it, hard work pays off when you are in the 6^th grade!
